1Definitions
The following terms have the meanings assigned to them below whenever they appear in this Agreement:

3Account Registration and Security
To access the Services, a User must create an Account on the Platform. Each User is permitted to hold one and only one Account. The following obligations apply to all Account holders:
- You must provide your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and accurate personal information. This information must match the documents provided during any KYC verification process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person.
- You must notify bd698 Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bd698 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
- Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If bd698 identifies that a User has registered more than one Account, all duplicate accounts and any associated balances may be closed and forfeited without notice.
- bd698 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
bd698 employs SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between the User and the Platform. While bd698 takes all reasonable precautions, no online platform can guarantee absolute security against all forms of cyber-attack, and Users access the Platform at their own risk.
4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
bd698 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bd698 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to supported Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. bd698 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not on record.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
- bd698 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of deposit method ownership, and source of funds documentation.
- Any deposit that cannot be matched to a verified payment method on the User's Account may be reversed. bd698 will not be held liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the User.
bd698 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. bd698 is not responsible for third-party fees.
bd698 operates an anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Users who are found to be using the Platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial purpose will have their accounts immediately terminated and relevant information may be reported to applicable authorities.
5Bonuses and Promotions
bd698 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:
- Bonuses are credited in BDT and may only be used on the Platform. Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
- Standard wagering requirements on bd698 bonuses are stated in the specific promotional terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated time window will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6Sports Betting and Game Rules
The following general rules apply to all sports betting and game activity on the bd698 Platform. Specific game rules are additionally published on the relevant game or sport page:
- All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying bet details — including odds, stake amount, and selection — before confirming. bd698 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the grounds of User error.
- bd698 may suspend or void any betting market in the event of a technical error, suspicious activity, obvious pricing error, or circumstances beyond bd698's reasonable control, including but not limited to data feed failure.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. bd698 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined — whether due to latency or any other technical issue — are void.
- RNG-based casino games (slots, table games) use audited random number generator software. Payout rates (RTP) for each game are published by the respective game provider. bd698 does not modify RTP settings on any game.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection where technically possible. If a round cannot be resolved, it will be voided and the stake returned to the User's Account balance.

7Responsible Gaming

- Self-exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the User may not access the Platform or create a new account.
- Cooling-off period: Users may request a short-term break from the Platform of between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period all gaming activity is suspended.

8Prohibited Conduct

9Account Suspension and Termination
bd698 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account in the following circumstances:
- The User has breached any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, identity misrepresentation, or failure to complete required verification.
- bd698 is required to do so under applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
- The User has requested account closure or self-exclusion through the Platform's responsible gaming tools.
- bd698 has reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
Upon termination of an Account for reasons not related to fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse are subject to forfeiture.
10Intellectual Property

13Amendments to These Terms

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

bd698 will endeavour to resolve any complaint or dispute within 14 days of receipt.
